And do you enjoy talking about them even more? Then we have some great news for you: a new book club is starting in Jind\u0159ich\u016fv Hradec, meeting once a month in the inspiring atmosphere of Kraffer&#8217;s Garden. The first meeting will take place on Thursday, October 23, at 6:00 PM. You&#8217;ll hear the short story &#8220;A Perfect Day for Bananafish&#8221; by J. D. Salinger, followed by an informal discussion not only about the story itself but about literature in general. So, if you want to spend a lovely evening over a book and meet fellow reading enthusiasts, you are cordially invited.      <\/p><p>Further literary meetings are already planned for the autumn months; in November, we will read Vladimir Sorokin&#8217;s novel &#8220;The Blizzard,&#8221; and in December, the classic work by Karel Klostermann, &#8220;From the World of Forest Solitudes.&#8221; &#8220;I&#8217;ve been looking for a group of fellow book enthusiasts like myself in Hradec and the surrounding area for a long time. When I couldn&#8217;t find one, I decided to start such a friendly, relaxed club myself,&#8221; says Tereza Dubensk\u00e1, the club&#8217;s initiator, explaining her motivation. <br>The book club is open to all ages. You don&#8217;t have to be a passionate bookworm; what matters is the desire to share stories, opinions, and thoughts.
