Kraffer's Café
During the summer season, you’ll find a green caravan in the Kraffer Garden serving specialty coffee and homemade desserts. You can enjoy a carefree moment or a pleasant get-together with friends in the only café in Jindřichův Hradec that has a whole garden instead of just a small outdoor seating area. With your coffee, lemonade, or dessert, you can sit anywhere in the garden—besides chairs, you can also try the comfortable loungers or garden benches.

Coffee from INDUSTRA.COFFEE
We decided to partner with those who truly understand coffee. Petra Střelecká and Adam Obrátil are among the leading Czech baristas. They’ve been dedicated to coffee for over 10 years and run cafés in Brno and Prague. It was their extensive experience and hundreds of hours spent on focused tasting that led them to the idea of their own roastery. And not only do we really love their coffee, but we also love their philosophy; even though it’s a different field, it’s similar to ours in many ways.
Just as you can watch the gardeners at work in the Kraffer Garden, the Industra.Coffee roastery is also open to the public. Its accessibility and the opportunity to introduce the entire process to visitors is definitely important to the Industra.Coffee team.
Just like us, they aren’t satisfied with just a good result; it seems to us they share the same obsession and desire as we do—to present the very best to others.
Karásek's lemonade
You’ve been able to find Karásek lemonades here for a long time. We like that they don’t contain too much sugar and, just like us, they reference the traditions of the First Republic.
The lemonades are made from pure natural ingredients, processed by the producers according to an original recipe over 100 years old. Every sip is full of the natural taste of fruit or herbs. A refreshing treat that sets a pleasant tone. It definitely belongs in the Kraffer Garden.

Homemade desserts
Something sweet belongs with coffee. We work with those whose treats we love; currently, you’ll most often find desserts from Dorty od Anduly and brownies or spelt sponge cake from the Jako dřív bakery. Occasionally, you’ll also find sweet and savory snacks from the Šťastný jídlo family pastry shop.
